Gavikid (Sodium Alginate and Magnesium Alginate) is an anti-reflux medicine produced by Alhavi Pharmaceutical.
It is designed to treat acid reflux and heartburn symptoms in infants and children.
By forming a protective layer on the stomach contents, Gavikid prevents acid from flowing back into the esophagus.

Gavikid is indicated for:
• Treatment of acid reflux in children
• Relief of heartburn and reflux-related discomfort
• Protection of the esophagus from stomach acid
Children under 4.5 kg: One sachet per dose (up to 6 times per day).
Children over 4.5 kg: Two sachets per dose (up to 6 times per day).
Follow physician’s directions for frequency and duration of use.
