Dabexa 110/75 mg (Dabigatran) is an oral anticoagulant capsule produced by Alhavi Pharmaceutical.
Dabigatran is a direct thrombin inhibitor that helps prevent blood clots and reduces the risk of stroke in patients with certain types of irregular heart rhythms (such as atrial fibrillation).
It is also used to prevent and treat deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE), and to lower the risk of recurrent clot formation after initial treatment.

Dabexa is indicated for:
• Prevention of stroke and systemic embolism in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation
• Treatment and prevention of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE)
• Reduction of the risk of recurrent blood clot formation after initial therapy
Dabigatran acts as a direct thrombin inhibitor, preventing the conversion of fibrinogen to fibrin and thereby reducing clot formation.
Use exactly as prescribed by a physician.
Swallow the capsule whole with water — do not crush or open.
Can be taken with or without food.
Inform your doctor before surgery or dental procedures, as the medication may increase bleeding risk.
Do not stop taking Dabigatran without consulting your doctor.
